ECON 12100 - Economics For The Citizen Broad introduction to economic concepts and how they can contribute to a better understanding of the world around us. Intended to help students understand the economics that affects their daily lives. Particular focus on the economy of the United States and economic literacy so students can make sound personal decisions and participate in civic life. Topics covered will include markets, prices, the role of government, international trade, the Federal Reserve, and economic indicators.
Preparation for Course P: Not in an economics major or minor.
