COM 10100 - Introduction To Communication This course is designed to introduce students to the study of human communication in a variety of contexts including interpersonal, group and organizational, rhetoric and persuasion, mass communication, and cultural studies. Students will learn a range of basic concepts and theories in communication, how to read communication research, and how to write using appropriate citation styles for the field of communication.
Preparation for Course P: ENGL 19000 Or COAS 11100 Or Placement At A Higher Reading Level; And Writing Placement In ENGL 13100 Or Higher.
