MA 12700 - Supplemental Companion For Quantitative Reasoning And Statistics

Activities focus on topics including fractions/decimals/percentages, graphs and tables, scientific notation, evaluating and simplifying expressions, and solving linear equations in one variable; using graphing technology; improving time-management, organizational and study skills. Co-requisite support course giving an option to enter MA14000 or STAT12500 instead of by a math placement score.

1. Help students be successful in MA14000 or STAT12500 by reviewing needed basic math skill as specified the MA14000 course coordinator and Statistics committee members. These topics are subject to change if needed.
2. Help students be successful in MA14000 and STAT12500 by teaching them how to use necessary features on the TI-84 Graphing Calculator or other graphing technology.
