The purpose of this course is to conduct supervised data research in economics or related field using a statistical package.

P: ECON 32500 with grade of C- or better and Junior or Senior class standing.

Repeatable for up to 6 credit hours with different research topic.
Student Learning Outcomes
1. Generate plausible data research question(s).
2. Identify and obtain the data needed for the research project.
3. Use a statistical package to prepare the data for analysis.
4. Analyze the data using a statistical package.
5. Present the findings in writing and orally.
