AD 47300 - Social Media Management Design



This course introduces the fundamentals of social media management design. Students will learn about the various platforms connected to social media and how to combine the strengths of the various platforms with branding and target audience research to create engaging and cohesive design campaigns.

Student Learning Outcomes
1.  Recognize social media as graphic design tool that is necessary to build a successful communication with clients and target audiences.
2.  Develop a body of work that demonstrates familiarity and proficiency in working with a variety of tools and programs that are fundamental to successful social media campaigns.
3.  Demonstrate the acquisition of vocabulary and knowledge base through active participation in describing processes in idea development, processes, programs, as well as participation in critique and self-assessment.
