CHM 33500 - Biochemistry Lab
The course will introduce students to basic biochemical techniques and methods, with an emphasis on those useful in characterizing proteins and enzymes.
Preparation for Course P or C: CHM 33300.
Cr. 1. Student Learning Outcomes 1. Acquire comprehensive experience in laboratory techniques and methods commonly used in biochemistry.
2. Become competent in the modern techniques used in the purification of proteins and enzymes.
3. Learn how to measure enzyme kinetic parameters.
