SOC 35100 - Social Statistics
Introduction to statistics including measures of central tendency and dispersion, probability, statistical inference, hypothesis testing, regression, correlation, analysis of variance, and crosstabulation.
Preparation for Course P: SOC 16101 or ANTH 10501, and STAT 12500 or MA 14000 or MA 15300 or placement above MA 15300, or consent of instructor.

2. Build and assess data-based models.
3. Apply the tools of formal interference.
4. Apply the mathematical and probabilistic foundations of statistical inference.
5. Execute statistical analyses with professional software (e.g., SAS and SPSS).
