HPER 12100 - Conditioning And Weight Training
Instruction in basic principles of conditioning and weight training. Emphasis on muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility and cardiorespiratory endurance.
Cr. 1. Notes May be repeated for credit for a maximum of 2 credit hours. Student Learning Outcomes 1. Identify and explain the basic principles of physical conditioning and weight training.
2. Demonstrate proper techniques in weight training exercises.
3. Develop a personalized fitness plan incorporating conditioning principles.
