EDU 25000 - General Educational Psychology
The study and application of psychological concepts and principles as related to the teaching-learning process, introduction to classroom management, measurement/evaluation, and disability awareness.
Preparation for Course P: EDU 20000 or EDU 33001 or MUSC 23600 with a grade of C- or better.
Cr. 3. Student Learning Outcomes 1. Demonstrate, through discussions, explorations, and class projects, sound understandings of contemporary issues relevant to the field of educational psychology.
2. Identify challenges and possibilities associated with teaching and learning.
3. Exhibit growth in their understanding of students and their environments.
4. Reflect upon their own educational experiences and goals to make informed decisions about managing classroom and learning enviroments.
