BUS 48002 - Conflict Management Students will gain a global understanding of conflict management in both profit/nonprofit organizations and private/public organizations and learn the organizational and individual costs associated with conflict management. A focus will be on a study of methods and theories dealing with interpersonal disputes by means generally outside the traditional court system. Students will investigate theoretical and practical aspects of conflict assessment, negotiation, problem-solving, mediation and arbitration.
Prerequisite(s) for Course P: BUS-30200 with grade of C- or better.
