BUS 48005 - Continuous Improvement Through Lean And Black Belt Six Sigma

This course offers a unique perspective by combining the well-established Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Lean, with its focus on waste reduction, and Six Sigma, dedicated to variation reduction, are blended in the discipline known as Lean Six Sigma (LSS). Through this course, students will gain an advanced understanding of Lean Six Sigma methodologies, tools, and techniques.
