HPER 11900 - Personal Fitness Instruction in basic principles of conditioning and fitness. Emphasis on muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, and cardiorespiratory endurance. Designed for students without prior knowledge of conditioning methods.
Cr. 1-3. Notes Letter grades are given in all HPER classes.
Some classes are offered in eight-week sessions; check the Schedule of Classes for scheduling information.
Activity classes cannot be repeated for credit.
