The Richard T. Doermer School of Business’s Department of Leadership and Talent Development offers a five-year combined degree program through which students can obtain a Bachelors of Science (B.S.) in Leadership and Talent Development and a Master of Science (M.S.) in Organizational Leadership. The combined degree program provides students with the opportunity to obtain both degrees in less time and fewer overall credits than would be required when pursuing them separately.
Students accepted into the combined-degree program will have 12 credits of graduate coursework that satisfy degree requirements for both the B.S. and the M.S.
