Cyber Security Minor

The 15-credit interdisciplinary minor in Cyber Security is a mixture of basic information technology and cyber security knowledge that can be taken by any non-technical major.  The minor will focus mainly on cyber security basics and policies that will enable students from any degree program to obtain the necessary foundation in IT and in cyber security to complement their major. All courses in the minor must be passed with a grade of C- or better. At least 9 credits must be completed in residence. 

The interdisciplinary minor in Cyber Security is available to all majors with the exception in BS or BA in Computer Science, BS in Information Systems or BS in Information Technology.
