Students admitted into the Conditional Admission Program earned between 2.0-2.29 high school GPA and will benefit from the extra academic support offered by the First Year Advising Center (FYAC) and the Office of Student Success Initiatives (SSI). Primary role advisors in FYAC and College Success Coaches in SSI will be assigned to each student to provide structured support ensure academic readiness, engagement, and persistence through their first year.

Students admitted into the conditional program will be required to meet with their primary role advisor twice per term and their college success coaches twice per term to ensure they are well supported and able reach their educational goals.

Conditionally admitted students who have completed at least 24 credits and earned a cumulative GPA of 2.00 or higher are then able to continue their enrollment beyond the first year in an academic major. Students will review and sign a contract prior to the start of their first semester, which will outline the program and all the requirements in detail.
