PHIL 250 - Inductive Logic A presentation and analysis of various types of nondeductive logical inference, those used in the physical and social sciences and in everyday problem-solving situations. Some basic work may be done in statistics and probability calculus. Familiarity with deductive logic is required.
Preparation for Course P: 150 or consent of instructor.
