The Spanish novel from the beginning of Realism around 1850 through post-Civil War novels of the 20th century. Topic may vary. May be repeated for credit with a different topic.

In general, grades of Incomplete are not given in 100- and 200-level language courses. Study Abroad IPFW students with an appropriate command of Spanish may apply for a year’s study, with full credit, in the IU programs at Madrid, Spain. Participation is not limited to Spanish majors.
