CPET 486 - Robotics and Control Electronics with Microcomputers A study of robots, robotic sensors, robotic components, and controlling robots with microcomputers. Topics include sensor-based real-time robot control systems; interfacing the following types of sensors: proximity sensors, force sensors, motion sensors, sound sensors, and vision sensors; low-level data acquisition and communication, high-level communication, coordinate transformation, coordinated path generation, and robot motion programming.
