BUS Z302 - Management of Organizations and People An introduction to organizational behavior and management systems, the history and functions of management, and an analysis of the dynamic environment under which organizations operate. Topics include managerial functions, measures of organizational effectiveness, individual and group behavior, leadership, motivation, and strategies for developing teamwork.
Preparation for Course P: admission to business B.S. program.
Cr. 3 Notes Enrollment in business (BUS) courses numbered 301 and above is restricted to students who meet established criteria (see business degrees section of Part 4). Students enrolled in programs other than business and economics may not enroll in business and economics courses that would encompass more than 25 percent of their degree programs.
