A study of residential building and the graphic and written documents required for its construction.

Student Learning Outcomes
1. Demonstrate a basic knowledge of developing a set of construction documents.
2. Demonstrate a basic knowledge of constructing a wood frame building, Utilize commercial drafting software to develop a set of construction documents.
3. Determine project requirements utilizing process, logistics and operational analysis techniques.
4. Demonstrate an ability to effectively research needed information in order to complete a light frame wood construction project.
