COM 37500 - Conflict And Negotiation
This course surveys theory and research focused on the role of communication in conflict and negotiation. Students will develop skills to effectively manage their own and others’ conflicts in personal and professional relationships, while also building strong, practical negotiation skills applicable in interpersonal, group, and organizational contexts.
Cr. 3. Student Learning Outcomes 1. Demonstrate the ability to be a critically engaged citizen.

3. Evaluate and apply communication concepts and theories relevant to the major.
