OLS 47700 - Conflict Management



Students explore theories of conflict and power while learning strategies for resolution, including negotiation, mediation, dialogue, and diplomacy. Emphasis is placed on analyzing complex conflicts in organizational, ethical, and international contexts, and on understanding how communication influences resolution.

Preparation for Course
P: OLS 37600 and junior or senior class standing.
