OLS 27400 - Applied Leadership
This course focuses on the principles and practices of leadership and supervision across multidisciplinary organizational settings. Students will apply core supervisory skills including motivating employees, managing performance, resolving conflict, and communicating effectively in teams. Designed for aspiring and current supervisors, the course prepares you to step into leadership roles with confidence and effectiveness.

2. Apply leadership theories and practices to manage employee motivation and performance.
