BIOL 54210 - Biometry Application of statistical analysis to biological data. Topics include foundations of R syntax and semantics; comparison of frequentist and Bayesian probability; review of parametric and non-parametric analyses; and applied use of non-linear analyses, spatial analysis, ordination, and other techniques to analyze biological data.
