ITC 32200 - Incident Response Management
This course covers the planning of incident response and various aspects of incidents handling. It introduces the methods of creating an information security incident plan. Topics include how to identify the attacks and incident, contain the damage of incident, and recover from incident to normal operation. It also addresses the development of disaster recovery and business continuity policies and procedures.
Preparation for Course P: ITC 11000.

2. Explain the strategies employed for resumption of critical business processes.
3. Describe the process used to organize incident response planning.
4. Understand basic incident response methods and apply those methods to create an incident response process.
5. Know about methods and tools of incident detection.
6. Apply methods to contain the damage of incident.
7. Create management policies and procedures for disaster recovery.
8. Implement business continuous plan to mitigate the likeliness and impact of incidents.
