HPER E119 - Personal Fitness Instruction in basic principles of conditioning and fitness. Emphasis on muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, and cardiorespiratory endurance. Designed for students without prior knowledge of conditioning methods.
Cr. 1. Notes Letter grades are given in all HPER classes. Some classes are offered in eight-week sessions; check the Schedule of Classes for scheduling information. Activity classes cannot be repeated for credit.
