SPAN S425 - Spanish Phonetics Introduction to basic linguistics and phonology. Intensive patterned pronunciation drills and exercises in sound discrimination and transcription based on articulatory description of standard Spanish of Spain and Latin America. Attendance in audio laboratory required.
Preparation for Course P: LING L103 or other course work in linguistics and SPAN S301-S302 or instructor permission.
