SPAN S246 - Women in Hispanic Literature Discussion of the roles of Spanish and Spanish-American women as reflected in literature in translation from the 17th century to the present and of works written by women. The works are considered both as literature and as documents of attitudes toward women in Hispanic society. Lectures and readings in English.
