SOC S351 - Social Statistics


Introduction to statistics including measures of central tendency and dispersion, probability, statistical inference and hypothesis testing, regression and correlation, and analysis of variance. Credit not given for both S250-S251 and S351-S352.

Preparation for Course
P: S161 and MA 149 or MA 151 or MA 153 (or placement above MA 153), ENG 233 or SOC S260 (or equivalent), or consent of instructor.
