FWAS 111 - IDS Natural Science I

Designed to help non-science majors learn the nature of science as a human enterprise through active exploration in enough depth to confront critical questions such as: How do we know? and Why do we believe? First course of a two-course sequence; includes a three week introductory module and two six-week modules on specific topics and/or issues such as acid rain, the extinction of dinosaurs, or the solar system.
